MC/Producer Purpose reppin' the Tragic Allies crew from Lynn, MA is pleased to present his latest mixtape, Better Than Your Album, hosted by Statik Selektah & presented by One3 Music. On BTYA, Purpose puts his lyrical aptitude on full display over a canvas of mostly original production (with the exception of two DJ Premier produced freestyles). Purpose also handles production duties for three of the mixtapes 19 tracks, proving that his skills on the boards are just as sharp as they are on the mic.
